Why we don't sell vitamins loose in an e-shop
Vitamins under the orthomolecular approach are introduced according to a specific biotype — folate can worsen histadelia, high doses of zinc without B6 can cause nausea. Dosage is always individual and should be assessed by a specialist after a lab test.
That's why we don't recommend buying vitamins blind. The correct process is:
