Free orientational screening
What is really behind your anxiety, depression or exhaustion?
This screening is based on the orthomolecular approach — a scientific approach that identifies biochemical biotypes linked to mood, cognition, stress and sensitivity. It helps recognize the pattern that may be behind your difficulties and recommends a specific first test.
Before you begin
This is not a diagnosis. It's a scientific map.
The screening helps identify which of the known biochemical biotypes best matches your answers. If it comes back positive, you confirm it with a lab test, and only then do we choose targeted support.
The approach comes from the work of Dr. Carl Pfeiffer and Dr. William Walsh — researchers who connected brain biochemistry with specific nutritional interventions in more than 30,000 patients.

If you are experiencing an acute crisis, thoughts of self-harm, psychosis, or a sudden worsening of symptoms, please contact a doctor or emergency line directly.
This screening is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not replace medical care and does not constitute a diagnosis.
How the questionnaire works ▾
The questionnaire has 3 steps and takes about 5–8 minutes:
- Symptom patterns — mark all the symptoms that have recurred for you over the long term. The questionnaire is dynamic: it first asks a handful of questions across all patterns and then continuously adapts based on your answers — it is shorter for clearer cases, and asks more detailed questions when the picture is less clear.
- Priorities and goal — you'll select which symptoms currently bother you most, when they started, and what you most want to improve.
- Result — the algorithm evaluates which of the five biotypes best matches your answers, with a confidence level (high / moderate / low) and a recommendation for the next step.
The evaluation is based on the orthomolecular approach — a model from the clinical database of Dr. William Walsh, drawn from more than 30,000 patients. Your answers are compared against the typical symptom patterns of the five biochemical biotypes.
We present the result in plain language — not as a technical table. The goal is for you to understand the likely pattern and know which lab test makes sense for you.
How to interpret the result ▾
The result shows a likely biotype and a confidence level:
- High confidence — your answers point strongly to one specific biotype. The lab test's role is to confirm the picture.
- Moderate confidence — a likely biotype, but with some overlap. The test is important for distinguishing it.
- Low confidence — no single biotype dominates. We recommend a 45-minute consultation (€75) for individual assessment.
For each biotype, the result includes:
- Biotype description — what it means, how it works biochemically;
- Typical associated symptoms — check whether they fit you;
- Recommended test — Pyroluria, Histamine, Cortisol, or Heavy Metals Test, with pricing;
- Link to the nutritional support page — general information on nutrients associated with that biotype, without specific dosing;
- Second likely trace — a biotype that may overlap;
- Expert authority — a citation from Walsh's research.
Important: the questionnaire does not establish a diagnosis. It serves as a map to help you choose the most informative first test. A definitive answer comes only from laboratory testing and evaluation during a consultation with a consultant.
What to do after completing it ▾
- Review your result and read the biotype description — check whether you recognize yourself in it.
- Order the recommended test via the contact form. Sample collection happens at home (urine, saliva, hair) or at a local lab (blood).
- Once your result arrives, book a 45-minute consultation (€75) — we'll go through the findings and explain the individual values; dosing is handled in the Consultation with a Doctor / Therapist (€149).
- Start targeted nutritional support — the exact composition and dosing are handled in the Consultation with a Doctor / Therapist (€149).
- Based on some people's experience, changes tend to appear gradually over weeks to months — this varies individually and is not guaranteed.
Step 2 of 3
Mark everything that applies to you long-term.
The questions adapt to your answers — we'll start with a few questions across all patterns and then add the questions that best refine your likely pattern. Mark what recurs for you or has lasted an extended period.
Step 3 of 3
A few last questions for a more precise result.
These answers help refine the result and the recommended next step.
