How ordering works
- Click "Order" next to the test or consultation you want.
- Fill out a short form (name, email, address, phone).
- We'll email you payment details and instructions for collecting your sample.
- Once payment is received, for urine, saliva or hair tests we arrange for a collection kit to be sent from abroad; for blood tests, you'll get a referral to a collection site or your own doctor.
- You send the sample back — whether collected at home or, for blood tests, at a collection site — at your own expense (courier service) directly to our partner laboratory; this fee does not cover any further handling of the sample within the laboratory.
- Test results are sent electronically to the provided email address within 2–4 weeks of the laboratory receiving the samples.
PsyLab acts as an intermediary between you and certified European laboratories. We don't have our own online shop or cart — everything is handled through the contact form and personal communication.
